inconsistent service impacted the experience.
five-star designunanswered callsunexpected closure
the main pool has five-star design and is quite nice.
service fell short of expectations at this resort. calls to housekeeping often went unanswered, this i find unacceptable. the kids club had unexpected closure without prior notice, so my children were disappointed.
